Every parish in the Diocese of Crookston is separately incorporated as a legal non-profit corporation. The Corporate Board of Our Lady of the Pines consists of five voting members including the Bishop, the Vicar General of the diocese, the Pastor and the two trustees.
The OLP Corporate Board is responsible for the fiscal management of the Parish, and all major financial transactions of the Parish must be approved by the Board.
